Edmond Pang and Chapman To will be investing all their wealth into a brand new film â€˜ç ´äº‹å…’â€™. Luckily for them, a few friends from the entertainment circle, including Shawn Yue, Edison Chen, Gillian Chung, Stephy Tang and Isabella Leong, have agreed to star in the film at a discounted, friend’s price.
After the rumoured fight between Edison Chen and Shawn Yue a few years ago because they had both been trying to court Gillian Chung, Andrew Lau persuaded the two to shake hands and become friends. Regarding the three starring in a film together, Chapman said, “I don’t normally pay attention to rumours and I didn’t pick them to help promote the film. Edmond and I picked the cast solely because we felt that they will be suitable to play the characters. Actually, I had already picked out Gillian and Stephy when I first started writing the script to the film.â€
